This weekend’s entertainment is a two-parter: I found the site lecargo.org today, whose YouTube channel features nearly 200 intimate recording sessions like the Kings of Convenience video above. It’s one of the better songs from their most recent album, Declaration of Dependence, which I’ve been too busy/lazy to review lately.

Imagine if somebody spliced in the audio from other James Earl Jones movies into Star Wars: A New Hope. Now, imagine no more, because that’s what you’ll see in the video above!
Ikea Heights is a murder/mystery web series secretly filmed inside of a functioning Ikea. The cast and crew use the displays and dioramas as the backdrop for their melodramatic send up. Think Improv Anywhere mixed with Memento and a heaping helping of Melrose Place.
Hats off to these guys for making a name for themselves with such a witty idea. It’s not the funniest thing to ever happen to the internet but it made me chuckle– So you’ll probably lose you F’ing minds.

He's weak against Gatling Lasers and Humor
As I was about to leave work today I stepped across the dirt yard to my truck and I looked down just in time to notice a flattened, rusty bottlecap lying in the dirt. I bent over, picked it up and ( I shit you not) put it in my pocket without even thinking about it or breaking stride. I took two steps and stopped — “Did I just think I was playing Fallout?” I asked myself. I then took the Cap out of my pocket and threw it over a fence.
True story.

I just played through Resident Evil 5, which inspired me to find something about Resident Evil 4 to watch for our weekend entertainment. This video shows a few funny things you can do in RE4 if you get bored. The guy who made this video below actually has an entire walkthrough of the game (Wii version) with commentary uploaded on YouTube.

It’s definitely E3 time boys and girls, and leaked stuff is popping up left and right. One of our most anticipated titles of the year Assassin’s Creed 2 is getting a head-start on the competition with the 10-second (awesome) video above.
